The academic calendar is programmed from June to May, with three terms for all levels of schooling with the first term commencing in the month of June, second term in October and third term in January. Sporadic Holidays are provided in between the academic year.

We offer a curriculum which is carefully tailored to meet the different needs and aspirations of our students. The school has the necessary accreditation from the Government of Karnataka. The curriculum has been evolved to achieve a balance between the emphasis accorded to academics and the development of the body and soul by giving ample importance to computer education, sports, music, dance and dramatics as apart of co-curriculum would foster the overall growth of a student at St. Philomena School.

Highlighting the importance of Sports and Games in the curriculum has been an important objective for healthy and balanced growth of the child. We at St.Philomena believe only a strong body can house a string mind. Keeping this in mind the students are encouraged to participate in a wide range of indoor and outdoor games at the school.

Education being a holistic approach, the school believes in the golden principle that education should include hands-on learning and training experiences to call itself complete. This is catered to in the form of periodic field visits planned for students of all classes.
